With more than 40-years in financing and alternative financing, Don is considered an industry leader both in locating clients and matching those clients with the appropriate funding.
Don is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with experience in the founding of successful home improvement, mortgage, retail and business financing sectors. His passion for new business development is demonstrated through 40 years of marketing, sales and sales management in home improvement, retail origination, credit analysis, pricing, underwriting, processing, closing, funding and selling of $600M in residential mortgage loans as well as years of business financing.
Being a business owner himself, Don understands the importance of proper capitalization and how it can help brand companies and products, something he has done through minimization of sales lead costs and maximization of profits and productivity. He has on countless occasions devised and implemented targeted sales/marketing solutions for direct mail, telemarketing, Internet and print media. Don has utilized exceptional communication skills to manage relationships between sales and sales support while creating and maintaining a delicate balance of a team-oriented yet competitive corporate culture.
Don has combined innovative and bottom-line driven business problem solving with stalwart training and leadership capabilities while proficiently developing process improvement strategies and managing multiple, complex budgets.
