 Don is a founding member and owner of Bay Harbor Capital. In addition to his role as President, Don helps to maintain access to the necessary capital in order for the company to meet the needs of its clients. With more than 40-years in financing and alternative financing, Don is considered an industry leader both in locating clients and matching those clients with the appropriate funding.
Steve Odierno - vice-president
 Steve is Don's son and has 12 years of experience in finance. Like his father, he is a founding member of Bay Harbor Capital and has spent his entire career locating alternative and mainstream funding sources for his clients. Under the tutelage and direction of his father, he has learned a client-centric approach to business and has successfully arranged thousands of transactions.
